In
case of renting, 25.00
€ is charged for administration fees.
Renting confirmation are only aprouved when a deposit is transfered
to our account.
This deposit, 20% of the total amount, has to be transfered
maximum 7 days after our response on the confirmation and minimum
7 days before your arrival.
Keys
are given on your arrival after balance payment or by registered
mail after the total payment has been transfered. Keys must
return the same way they arrived.
The flat must be returned the same way it was rented out, otherwize
50.00 € will be charged from the deposit for a cleaning.
Cancellations 30
days or more before arrival, only adminstration fees will charged.
10 to 29 days before arrival, administration fees + 100.00 €
will be charged.
Cancellation for periodes sooner than 10 days before arrival
will not be tolerated unless supported by a motivated justification.
