In
case of renting,25.00
€ is charged for administration fees.
Renting confirmation are only aprouved when a deposit is transfered
to our account.
This deposit, 20% of the total amount, has to be transfered
maximum 7 days after your reservation.
Keys
are given on your arrival after balance payment by cash or wire. Keys must
return the same way they arrived.
The flat must be returned the same way it was rented out, otherwize
50.00 € will be charged for a cleaning.
Cancellations 30
days or more before arrival, only adminstration fees will charged.
20 to 29 days before arrival, 25% of the renting contract
will be charged. 10 to 19 days before arrival, 50% of the renting contract
will be charged.
from 9 days before arrival, 100% of the renting contract
will be charged.
